Credit Controller

We’re partnering with a fast-growing B2B events business delivering high-profile hosted buyer events across education, healthcare and the public sector.

This role sits within a busy finance team and takes ownership of credit control and billing across a portfolio of live events.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end debt collection via phone and email

• Producing weekly debtor reports

• Working closely with sales and event teams to resolve queries

• Allocating customer receipts and resolving invoice disputes

• Supporting ad-hoc finance analysis

• Attending events where required

About you

• 2+ years’ experience in credit control or finance

• Confident communicator, comfortable chasing debt

• Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy

• Intermediate Excel skills (ERP/CRM experience beneficial)

• Proactive, organised and solution-focused
