“I first heard about SF when I was looking for a job myself, back when I was leaving audit. I was working in Birmingham at the time and had a good relationship with a consultant at SF. He was really supportive and as my career has grown, we’ve kept in touch.

I soon started to use SF to hire new people for my first team and they’ve found numerous finance candidates for me over the years as I progressed my career at different companies. I’ve been at CloserStill for over nine years now and they’ve essentially helped me build my whole finance team. I’ve built a great relationship with all of the SF consultants I’ve worked with and they’ve consistently been able to see what’s important to me and the business. The SF team have a lot of energy. They get that we want to hire people who want to grow their careers, not seat fillers.
