The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Lead to join an engineering business that provide bespoke and innovative solutions to a wide client base at their Peterborough facility.

Essential Criteria

• From an engineering / production background - maintenance / design / projects / quality - all would fit this unique engineering business.

• Either in a supervisory role or ready to take the step in an environment that requires quick thinking, problem solving and a drive for high quality outcomes.

• The ability to deliver projects in accordance with company processes.

• Introduce new processes and highlight areas for improvement.
