The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are looking for a Sales and Service Performance Lead, someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. This isn’t a traditional “hands-on management” role – instead, you’ll be the person keeping the engine running, using data, dashboards and planning to make sure the team are working at full capacity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring dashboards and data to spot trends, track performance and feedback to the team.

  • Planning workloads, rotas and resources so the team can focus on delivering.

  • Supporting with training schedules and ongoing coaching alongside the manager.

  • Carrying out quality checks and helping with escalations where needed.

  • Feeding insights back to leadership to improve performance and service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, telephone-based or customer service environment.

  • Someone who’s comfortable with data, reporting and dashboards.

  • Organised, adaptable and able to keep on top of moving parts.

  • Coaching or team support experience is ideal.

  • Salesforce knowledge would be a big advantage.


You’ll play a key role in keeping things running at their best, making sure the team are set up for success every day. It’s a great opportunity to use your skills to influence performance without directly managing people.
