Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting new business?
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our client in Ilkeaton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering new projects — from supporting tenders and pricing to coordinating orders and managing supplier relationships — helping ensure smooth handover of assets to our clients.
Main Duties:

Supporting the tender process, including managing response templates and opportunity tracking

Coordinating orders, build schedules, and ensuring timely delivery

Liaising with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement, finance) and external suppliers

Ensuring system accuracy across orders, compliance documents, and invoicing

Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Providing regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders and customers
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in sales support, procurement, tender, bidding or quote to order processes

Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
