Production Planner

Job Role: Planner & Supervisor
Location: Alfreton
Salary: up to £40,000

SF Recruitment are partnering with a family run manufacturing business who are recruiting an exciting new position. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Planner/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations. Candidates must have experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules
-Supervise and support a production team 
-Monitor output and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
-Adjust plans based on materials, staffing, or equipment changes
-Liaise with sales, procurement, and maintenance teams
-Identify and implement process improvements
-Ensure compliance is adhered to

What You'll Need:
-Minimum 5 years in a production planning role
-Experience in a manufacturing environment
-Strong leadership and organisational skills
-A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
