Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are excited to be partnered with a FinTech business who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to cover a maternity contract in the team. This will be for an initial 12 month FTC.

Role Overview:
You'll lead a talented team, overseeing key financial operations and driving strategic initiatives whilst working alongside an impressive Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team's project workload.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and management accounting.
- Support commercial and operational functions.
- Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects and Excel.
- Review and manage all reports produced by the team.

Profile & Background: 
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CA with 2 yrs post-qualification experience.
- Available to start in early Feb
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools
- Proactive, self-driven, and excellent communicator.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
