Finance Director

SF Executive are partnered with a West Midlands based Property Development business who are seeking a Finance Director.

The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting the achievement of its business objectives. This role will involve overseeing all financial management, accounting, and reporting activities, as well as playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to property development projects. The Finance Director will be expected to work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance and manage financial risk effectively.

The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience at this level. You will have relevant sector knowledge (construction/ property development/ investment/ asset management). This is an office-based role initially with an adult approach to flexibility.
