Finance Director

Working with a large organisation I am looking to recruit a Finance Director to lead the Finance function of a property company based in Bury.

Working closely with the board of Directors you will have full autonomy for the Finance function, this makes up a team of 6 and the business have a £80m turnover.

Duties will include

- Using financial modelling to simulate potential scenarios
- Performing financial analysis on the company to predict financial health
- Monitoring spending and creating budgets
- Preparing company reports for investors
- Finding ways to reduce costs and increase profits
- Collaborating with management to create funding strategies
- Ensuring adherence to national and international financial regulations
- Overseeing a company's payroll and bookkeeping system

This could be a great opportunity for someone to make a step up from FC to an FD.
