Commercial Managing Director – Communications Division
Location: Birmingham Office with some flexibility

SF Executive is proud to partner with a high-growth Birmingham-based technology business seeking a Commercial Managing Director to lead its £30M t/o Communications division. Reporting to the CCO, you will own the divisional P&L, drive sales growth, and lead high-performing sales across Unified Comms, Mobile, Mobile as a Service, Telephony, and Call Centre solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership, ensuring revenue and profitability growth.
• Develop and execute divisional strategy aligned with the group’s vision.
• Lead sales and operations to enhance performance and market share.
• Drive process improvement, innovation, and commercial success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial leadership within communications technology (UC, Mobile, Telephony, Call Centre).
• Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and increasing profitability.
• Experience in leading successful sales teams and operational excellence.
• Hands-on expertise in strategy, forecasting, and business transformation.
