The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and challenge
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with year-end processes and audit requirements
Develop and improve financial reporting systems and processes

About You

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience in management accounting or similar finance role
Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
