Interim Dynamics Business Central Project Manager

Working with a leading national brand implementing Business Central. We need a Project Manager for 3-6 months to help with the go live. c£550pd Outside IR35. You will be required iniitally to be onsite in Accrington 2 days a week to build relationhips.

Project Planning and Execution

- Working with third party to develop comprehensive project plans, including schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with functional requirements and executive committee/project team expectations.
Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Central partner, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including executive committee, internal project team, and other internal key contacts across the business.
Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and motivate internal project team to achieve project goals.
- Ensure team members are well-informed, equipped, and working effectively towards project milestones.
Quality Assurance

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure project outputs meet the highest standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
Risk Management

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge

- Minimum of 5 years project management experience delivering similar Dynamics Business Central projects
- Strong understanding of ERP/ CRM solutions - experience delivering Business Central or Dynamics365 or NAV ideally within manufacturing
- Project Management expertise (PMP, Prince2)
- Solid methodology expertise (AGILE/ Waterfall understanding preferable)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Stakeholder engagement ability
- Understand of EDI would be nice
- Proficiency in project management software, ideally Microsoft Project
