Head of Finance - Redditch

SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a Redditch based business in the recruitment of a Head of Finance.

This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a key role within the construction industry, overseeing a small team.

The role will support the MD in developing strategic decision making, overseeing the day to day finance responsibilities.

Oversee the production of management accounts and KPIs,
Providing senior leadership with analysis to support strategic decision-making
Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts,
Working closely alongside Commercial and Operational teams, liaising with key stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for a qualified or qualified by experience accountant with a proven track record within construction or civil engineering.
