The Opportunity

We are partnering with a profitable, fast-paced business to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a key partner to senior leadership in Germany.

The Role

This position sits at the heart of the business, bridging finance with wider commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Providing commercial insight across sales, marketing, and operations
Building financial models to support strategic decisions and investments
Partnering closely with senior leadership to influence business direction
Supporting pricing and growth initiatives
Maintaining oversight of financial reporting, with a hands-on approach where required

Your Profile

Proven experience in a commercial finance or finance business partnering role
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
Fluent in German and English

Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Package

€90,000 - €110,000 base salary
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Hamburg location
