The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing procurement activity across a diverse product range. This position offers strong exposure to global sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supply chain optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and components
• Build and develop relationships with international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements
• Oversee import processes and ensure smooth inbound supply
• Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
• Source and onboard alternative suppliers to enhance resilience
• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and supplier records

About You

• Proven experience in a buying or procurement role
• Experience working with international suppliers is essential
• Strong understanding of import processes
• Commercially astute with confident negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central advantageous)
