Application Support Analyst - D365

I am currently working with a large manufacturing organisation who are looking to grow their current application team with someone to focus/specialise on their D365 environment, ideally with background in finance/sales/marketing modules.

This will be 1st/2nd line application support, ideally resolving most incoming requests/tickets but also learning/developing once escalating to the senior team for any complex issues.

Ideal background/knowledge

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications at multiple levels. 
  • Able to provide 1st/2nd line support across D365, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experience of bespoke/off the shelf applications would be advantageous
  • Maintain and update support documentation and resolution logs
  • Ensure business continuity through prompt issue management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic system initiatives.
