Tom works within the Engineering Division here at SF. In terms of recruitment, he supports clients and candidates across General Manufacturing, Facilities, Food, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Automotive and Aerospace.

Tom recruits for a wide range of engineering roles on both an interim and permanent basis, always working in a consultative manner to help clients and candidates navigate the current marketplace. He covers from Engineer through to Senior Engineer, within Design, Projects, Manufacturing and Production.

Tom has worked in recruitment for a number of years and prides himself on building honest relationships with all of his clients and candidates. He is very passionate about finding candidates their perfect job and really takes the time to get to know both her clients and candidates.
